How engagements work

  1. Scope the problem

    A short call to understand what you're trying to build, what data and systems already exist, and what "done" looks like. We tell you early if something isn't a good fit.

  2. Propose scope and terms

    A written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and cost — fixed-scope or time-and-materials, whichever fits the work.

  3. Build

    We work in short iterations with regular check-ins, so you're seeing working software throughout, not just at the end.

  4. Ship and hand off

    Deployed, documented, and handed off to your team — with an option for ongoing support if you want us to keep operating it.

How we work

We build and operate our own products — VocalData and RentYourCompute — and have shipped work for clients like Dinakar Watch Works and TurboGenus. Engagements are held to the same bar as software we run ourselves in production, not a one-off deliverable we walk away from.
