This policy describes how Annseraf ("we," "us"), based in Buffalo, New York, USA, collects and uses information on annseraf.com (the "Site"). Our products VocalData (vocaldata.tech) and RentYourCompute (rentyourcompute.com) run on their own domains and are covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.

1. Information we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write, when you use the contact form or email us directly.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), kept for security and debugging.

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and, if it becomes a consulting engagement, to communicate about that work.
• To secure the Site against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Third parties

• Form relay — the contact form is delivered via a third-party form-relay service (formsubmit.co), which receives what you submit in order to email it to us.
• Hosting provider — the infrastructure the Site runs on stores server logs on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — we disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Annseraf and others.

We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose they were collected for (responding to your inquiry, or the engagement that followed). Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

5. Security

Data in transit to the Site is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@annseraf.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (including under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights; we honor verifiable requests regardless of your state of residence.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
