This policy describes how Annseraf ("we," "us"), based in Buffalo, New York, USA, collects and uses information across annseraf.com, Rent Your Compute (rentyourcompute.com), and VocalData (vocaldata.ai) (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Billing information — collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive the billing name, the last four digits of the card, and transaction records; we never receive or store full card numbers.
Service content — data you submit to use the products: workloads and files on Rent Your Compute; audio recordings and derived transcripts on VocalData.
Communications — emails you send to support.

Information collected automatically

Usage and log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, kept in standard server logs for security and debugging.
Service metering — usage measurements needed for billing (e.g., instance runtime hours, audio hours processed).

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Services you've purchased.
To bill you accurately and process payments through our payment processor.
To respond to support requests.
To secure the Services — detecting abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
To send transactional email (receipts, renewal notices, service announcements). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your service content (workloads, audio, transcripts) to train AI models.

3. Cookies

The annseraf.com marketing site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The product applications use only essential cookies: session cookies to keep you signed in and, during checkout, cookies set by our payment processor for payment processing and fraud prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third parties we share data with

Payment processor — a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor receives the billing details needed to process your payment.
Infrastructure providers — the cloud hosting providers our servers run on, which store data on our behalf under their standard data-processing terms.
Legal requirements — we disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Annseraf and its users.

We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data retention

Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Service content is deleted when you delete it in-product or when your account is closed, subject to short backup-rotation windows.
Server logs are retained for up to 12 months for security purposes.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@annseraf.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (including under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights; we honor verifiable requests regardless of your state of residence.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on this page before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
