Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid services sold by Annseraf, including Rent Your Compute and VocalData. All amounts are in US dollars (USD). To request a refund or cancel a service, email support@annseraf.com from the address on your account.

1. Subscriptions (VocalData)

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
  • First purchase — 14-day refund. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, we will refund that payment in full on request.
  • Renewals — 7-day window. If a subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the service has not been materially used in the new period (more than 10% of the plan's included usage).

2. Usage-based services (Rent Your Compute)

  • No commitment. There is no subscription to cancel — stop your instances and charges stop accruing. You can close your account at any time.
  • Metered usage is generally non-refundable, because the underlying compute has already been consumed.
  • Exceptions. We will refund or credit charges that result from a billing error on our side, a platform outage or malfunction that prevented your workload from running, or metering inaccuracy. Report the issue within 30 days of the charge.
  • Prepaid credit, if offered, is refundable in its unused portion for 30 days after purchase.

3. How refunds are issued

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We process approved requests within 5 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
  • We will confirm by email when the refund has been initiated.

4. Duplicate and erroneous charges

Duplicate charges and charges made in error are refunded in full, at any time — no window applies. Contact support with the date and amount of the charge.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer — we resolve most billing issues within one business day, which is faster than the chargeback process.
